The topic "The Relationship Between Perceived Happiness and Academic Anxiety Among High School Students in Da Nang City" was chosen to explore the psychological factors that influence students' mental well-being. This relationship can vary depending on individual, cultural, and environmental factors, as well as how each person manages their emotions. Understanding this connection helps improve the quality of life and opens new directions for psychological intervention methods to enhance overall mental health. The research results show a high average level of happiness (75.8%), but the proportions of students with above-average and high happiness levels are very low (9.9% and 2.6%). Above-average and high levels of anxiety are found in 47% of the students. Based on these findings, recommendations for measures to develop happiness and reduce stress in the school environment for high school students are proposed.
