By accessing or using our website (www.rajournals.in), submitting manuscripts, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

  1. General Use
  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to access our services.
  • Purpose: The RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS website is provided for accessing published articles, submitting manuscripts, and engaging with our academic community.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the website.
  1. Content Access and Use
  • Open Access: All published articles are freely accessible under RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS’s open-access policy. Users may download, share, and cite articles for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the author(s) and RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS.
  • Restrictions: Users may not modify, reproduce, or distribute RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS.

  1. Manuscript Submission
  • Author Responsibilities: Authors must submit original, unpublished work that complies with RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS’s Author Guidelines and Reproducibility Policy. See the Submission Process for details.
  • Copyright Transfer: Upon acceptance, authors must sign and submit the Copyright Form, transferring certain rights to RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS while retaining specified author rights.
  • Publication Fees: Fees are to be discussed with the Editor-in-Chief via email (editor@rajournals.in) upon acceptance, payable via PayPal. See Mode of Payment.
  • Withdrawal Policy: Accepted articles cannot be withdrawn, except under Amendment 168/II, subject to the regional Editor-in-Chief’s decision.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS retains copyright over the website’s design, layout, and branding. Published articles are owned by RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS under the terms of the Copyright Form, with authors retaining certain rights.
  • User Content: By submitting content (e.g., manuscripts, comments), users grant RESEARCH & ANALYSIS JOURNALS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute it in connection with our services.
  • Infringement: Users must not submit or use content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  1. Privacy
