The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Competitive Advantage of Businesses: Case Study of Businesses Providing Logistic Services in HCMC, Vietnam

This study uses primary data from a survey of 380 observations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and adopts the Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Linear Regression Modeling with Bootstrap analysis for a reliable test of Regression Modeling. Its result shows that factors affecting Competitive advantage included Digital transformation leadership, Government support policy, Competitive pressure, Information Technology Competency, and Organizational agility.
