Financial distress is a condition where a company experiences a decline in financial condition before bankruptcy occurs. This research aims to find out whether financial ratios have an influence on financial distress in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019 - 2022 period. The population in this study is 10 companies that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2022 period. The testing hypothesis is carried out using Panel Data Regression analysis. The results show that profitability, liquidity, and cash flow have a positive influence on financial distress, firm size has a negative influence on financial distress, and leverage has no influence on financial distress in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019 - 2022 period.
